  • Tiffany Lemke Disney's private island. Is it just a beach or is there shopping, food etc?
    10 hrs · Like
  • Amanda Mann Another great questions Tiffany!!! Disney's Private Island Castaway Cay has a ton of great things to do! And it's extension of the ship so lunch (and ice cream) is included! There are beaches, slides, snorkeling, bike rentals, sting ray encounters, parasailing and SO much more! It's up to you how much or how little you spend and participate. For a lot of folks it's a great beach day!

  • Cindi Tagg What are my options for my family of 5 in regards to staterooms? What is the most economical way to sail without spending a fortune?
    10 hrs · Like
  • Amanda Mann Hey Cindi! Thanks for joining us! BINGO...that's tricky because my family LOVES BINGO and spends a lot! You can spend very little or you can spend a lot! It also depends on if you get paper cards or the electronic machines. I would say a safe bet is $20-$30 per game.

  • Amanda Mann The shops are open on limited hours and when in port they are closed...that might be why it felt like they weren't open very much!

  • Megan KeebaughCindi Tagg, as a family of 5 you are going to fit into a Deluxe Family Oceanview stateroom with Verandah. All of the other staterooms on the Magic and Wonder only sleep up to 4. If you are on the Fnatasy or Dream you could also fit into a Deluxe Family...See More

  • Megan Keebaugh And Grandma could double as a babysitter for your date night at Palo or Remy. Although kids over the age of 3 are free at the kids club you could save money if Grandma stays with the younger ones who you would normally pay to bring to the nursery.

  • Megan Keebaugh We love St. Marteen and Tortola! I think the 4 night is a great getaway especially if you can pair it with a few days at Disney but ideally I would love the 7 night! Another warm weather destination on our bucket list is Hawaii!!! There is currently a 10 night Hawaii that we keep talking about going on.

    9 hrs · Like
  • Megan Keebaugh Clare Patten Welsh, I get extremely motion sick and when cruising I always wear the seasick bands and I never get sick! There are also patches you can wear behind your ears that help a lot of people! You can get a prescription from your Dr for those.
