Happiness is...Pizza!

When I first met my husband, there was one VERY important thing I had  to learn about him. His love for pizza! So when we decided to get married and have children of our own, having pizza at least one night a week has become a regular item on our dinner menus.

This past year, our kids were finally at the perfect age (At least for us, anyway!) to plan our first “all-out” Walt Disney World vacation! Since it was our first trip with all four of us, we opted to do just the Quick-Service dining plan. While the Quick-Service dining plan did not disappoint, my husband’s
one request was to at least have one really nice sit down meal together. When he began to research, he came across Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria in Epcot and he knew he could not resist making a reservation. Perfectly enough they had reservations available for us the day we would be in Epcot. So without hesitation the reservation was made. 

When we first arrived to Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria we were escorted to our table and we immediately noticed the wood-burning ovens used to cook the pizzas. We were seated and were greeted by an adorable Italian waitress. We looked over our menus and we learned that the ingredients used to make the pizza are actually imported from southern Italy. 

Without much further thought we decided to order a Mezzo Metro pizza for all What seemed like just a few short minutes later, our VERY large pizza arrived at our table! It smelled and looked so good! After dishing out a piece to everyone, we all dived in. And boy we were NOT disappointed! It was the best pizza we had ever eaten. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed the pizza! 

We finished eating at the perfect time! As soon as we walked out of the restaurant we saw the starting of IllumiNations. Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria will definitely be on the top of our list of places to eat on our next visit to Walt Disney World! I highly recommend it and hope your family enjoys it as
much as we did!
